After many months of hearing our customers asking if we sold cabin shells, we are now offering a quality built cabin shell kit. If you want to SAVE A LOT OF MONEY, and you are a "Do It Yourselfer" or at least know talented friends or relatives that can help you set up and finish your cabin, then these are priced where everyone can afford one. With prices starting at only $10,950 for a 24'x24' with 6'x24' porch or a 900 sq. ft. cabin (30'x30') without porch for $11,950. Our Chalet plan has a large loft with stairs and very tall ceilings. Build a guest cabin for an elderly relative or for a daughter or son moving back home. Many uses but still very affordable!

We build “dried in shells kits” that are finished on the outside with windows and doors, metal roof but unfinished on the inside. Interior wall kits are available options. All plans can be made bigger by adding optional 4' wall extensions. Add 8' or even 20' to any of our cabins and really make it the size that best fits your needs.

Our homes come with an R-Panel metal roof complete with screws. All lumber is pre-cut, wall panels are pre-built 4' wide with windows and doors already installed.
